Marty Boose has been in the construction business for 33 years.
He started his business in Atlantic, Iowa in 1988, and has built 15 new houses and one duplex condominium. Numerous remodels and commercial projects, most notably the carpentry work on the Cass County Community Building, the interior remodel of the Atlantic RR Depot, and the remodel of the addition to the Atlantic Armory. Marty also was involved in building the AmericInn Motel in Elk Horn, Iowa
